Here is an example of a weekly dinner menu for Stretch (who conceives of it in advance, and then cooks it from scratch every night for herself and HB):
Monday:
Sea Bass with Pico de Gallo, Pureed Sweet Potatoes, Steamed Vegetable Medley of peppers, broccoli, and corn
Baked Pears for dessert
Tuesday:
Steak, Roasted Potatoes with Thyme, Grilled Vegetables, Grilled Garlic Bread, Baked Onions.
Homemade Coconut Ice Cream for dessert
Wednesday:
Herb Crusted Tilapia, Tomato Risotto, Green Beans cooked in a Lemon Pepper
Sauce, Stuffed Mushrooms
Magic Bars for dessert
Thursday:
Shrimp Tomato Basil Pasta (Stretch's own secret recipe =P) - the shrimp is infused with a medley of citrus flavors - this is HB's favorite meal
Chocolate Torte for dessert
Friday:
Stuffed Chicken (stuffed with goat cheese, basil, and sun dried tomatoes), Wild Rice or Risotto, Grilled Vegetables
Apple Pie for dessert
Saturday:
Crab Stuffed Flounder, Wild Rice, Asparagas cooked in Orange Water
Coconut Cake for dessert
Sunday:
Spicy Thai Chicken with Lemongrass and Lime, White rice, and Peppers cooked in a sauce of curry, cilantro, sugar, garlic, and ginger, and red pepper flakes
